A sleek, functional office fit-out for Flatline Agency in Amsterdam-Noord

For Flatline Agency, we had the opportunity to create a sleek and functional office space in their new location overlooking the IJ in Amsterdam-Noord. The result is a workspace that matches the sharp, digital-first identity of the agency itself, comfortable enough for long, focused days and polished enough to impress clients dropping by for a meeting.

A complete office fit-out

For this project, the brief centered on comfort, focus, and a clean, contemporary look that suits a waterfront office with a view. The interior includes:

• 40 Fuse electric sit-stand desks in black oak
• Renab Pas office chairs, EN 1335 certified and fully adjustable to each user's posture
• Two Renab phone booths, acoustically insulated and equipped with LED lighting for video calls and built-in charging points

Together, these elements give every workstation the same standard of comfort, while the phone booths add a quiet retreat whenever the open office gets busy.

Comfort and ergonomics at the center

With 40 desks to furnish, consistency was key. The Fuse sit-stand desks let the whole team switch easily between sitting and standing throughout the day, while the Renab Pas chairs, fully adjustable and EN 1335 certified, ensure every individual can find a posture that genuinely suits them. For calls and video meetings that need a bit more privacy, the two Renab phone booths offer a soundproofed spot with proper lighting and power built in, so nothing gets in the way of a good connection.

A modern look

The black oak finish of the Fuse desks brings warmth and a grounded, natural tone to the office, a fitting counterpoint to the view over the IJ. Combined with the sleek design of the Renab Pas chairs and the clean lines of the phone booths, the space feels contemporary and considered throughout, an office that looks every bit as sharp as the digital work produced inside it.
